Be Fit

Exercise may be the best thing you can do to improve your life deep into the golden years. It’s good for your heart, lungs, blood flow, muscles, joints, weight, metabolism, mood, mental health – and it can help prevent chronic diseases. That’s almost everything. The good news is that moderate activity for 150 minutes a week is enough. Weight-bearing activity increases the impact.
